After Nashua had erased a 3-0 deficit with four runs over the middle innings, Dennis (Colby Sawyer) smashed a one-out home run to rightfield in the eighth to tie game. Then in ninth, Dylan Watson (Colby Sawyer) led off the inning with a single, advanced to third on a Sam Cavossa (Saint Michael’s) single/fieldining error and scored on a 6-4-3 double play.
The Silver Knights got a two-out double in the bottom of the ninth, but Sean Gamble (Minnesota State) came out of the bullpen and, after advancing the runner to third with a wild pitch, struckout Derek Finley to end the game.
