Join the Vermont Lake Monsters for our Brush Like a Champ Challenge, presented by Northeast Delta Dental! It’s time to show those healthy smiles while celebrating the joy of oral health. Every child under 12 years old who participates and completes the challenge will receive two complimentary tickets for an exciting Lake Monsters baseball game!
Print out the form below to track your child’s progress. Once the challenge is completed, scan the QR code to let us know that your child completed the challenge! After that, call our box office at (802) 655-4200 ext 1 or email [email protected] to claim those tickets!
