The team store is open daily from 10 AM to 5 PM.
What are the Box Office hours?
Our Box Office is open:
Non-Gamedays (Monday–Friday): 11 AM – 5 PM
Gamedays: 11 AM – Gametime
How do I purchase group tickets?
To book a group outing, email [email protected] or call (802) 655-4200 ext. 1.
I bought tickets for the game but I can’t go now. Can I exchange them for another game?
Yes! Contact our ticket office at (802) 655-4200 (press 1).
We’re happy to help with any ticket-related questions.
Does my baby need a ticket?
Children 2 years old and under do not need a ticket, as long as they are sitting in someone’s lap.
When do gates open?
Gates open one hour prior to the scheduled start time of the game.
When will you know if the game is cancelled due to rain?
We assess weather conditions on a case-by-case basis and do everything we can to play.
Updates will always be posted first to our website and social media accounts.
How much is parking?
Parking at Centennial Field is $5.
Free street parking is available in the surrounding area, and we also offer a free shuttle.

Can I get autographs from players?
Yes! Players are available to sign autographs before and after the game along the first-base grandstand railing.
Players are not permitted to sign autographs during the game.
