Now Hiring: 2027 Summer Internships
The Vermont Lake Monsters are now accepting applications for the 2027 Summer Internship program!
College students and Post-grads looking to gain hands-on experience in sports and entertainment are encouraged to apply. Interns will have the opportunity to develop real-world skills, contribute to the day-to-day operations of a collegiate summer baseball team, and help create memorable experiences for Lake Monsters fans.
Three internship positions are available for the 2027 season:
- Sales: Gain experience in ticket sales, customer relations, and business development.
- Digital Marketing & Content Creation: Help create engaging content, support digital marketing efforts, and bring the Lake Monsters brand to life across social media and other platforms.
- Fan Engagement & Gameday Entertainment: Help deliver the in-game promotions, on-field activities, and fan experiences that make a night at the ballpark special.
Whether you’re interested in building your marketing portfolio, developing sales experience, or working in live sports entertainment, a summer with the Lake Monsters is an opportunity to learn, grow, and be part of the team.
