Lake Monsters Arrive For Summer
BURLINGTON, VT — The 2026 Lake Monsters are beginning to arrive in Vermont for workouts in advance of the FCBL season opener on Wednesday, May 27th at Nashua and the home opener on Delta Dental Diamond at Centennial Field on Saturday, May 30th.
Among the players in camp are 2025 Lake Monsters infielder Bryan Richman and pitcher Langdon Hazen. Notable newcomers include infielder Patrick Shrake, who led the FCBL in batting last season with Nashua and Vermont natives Jack Richburg (CVU) and Cage Thompson (St. Johnsbury).
The team is scheduled to workout on Delta Dental Diamond at Centennial Field Monday evening 5:30-7:30pm and Tuesday morning 10:00am-12:00pm before heading to Nashua for the season opener on Wednesday at 10:30am. The Lake Monsters will host their home opener on Saturday, May 30th at 3:05pm vs. the New Britain Bees.
