Wednesday Game Suspended By Rain
BURLINGTON, VT – The Wednesday night Futures League game between the Vermont Lake Monsters and Worcester Bravehearts on Delta Dental Diamond at Centennial Field was suspended in the bottom of the second inning with the score 0-0 due to rain and wet field conditions.
No date has been announced for the completion of the game. The Bravehearts return to Centennial twice more this summer, starting with a July 4th game slated for 1:05pm and a two-game series August 6th and 7th (FCBL regular season ends on August 8th). Check the Lake Monsters schedule on www.vermontlakemonsters.com in the next week or so for the makeup date.
Anyone with tickets for Wednesday’s suspended game can exchange them for any upcoming 2026 regular-season game at Centennial. Tickets can be exchanged during Centennial Field Ticket Office hours or at any Lake Monsters home game. For more information, call the ticket office at (802) 655-4200 ext. 1
